There are largely 3 features of environmental impacts that result from insurance and financial services.
- "Paper": for forms and brochures of insurance products and paperwork protecting customers' contracts
- "Electricity": for running computer network operations to meet the needs of customers
- "Gas": for driving company-owned cars to foster good communication with customers and agencies
Out of the three, electricity and gas uses are the main causes of CO2 emission, which causes global warming. To cut down on the negative impacts, we set concrete goals and action plans and work on it as a whole group.
