The outline of "Eco-Asset" consulting
The 1st step: A green diagnosis; Green space management diagnosis and strong/weak point diagramming
  - To clarify strong/weak points of target green space management in order to utilize green space for CSR activity and improve corporate social value.
  - To identify what kind of value of green space should be improved by diagramming multilateral value of green space from the viewpoints of various stakeholders.
  - To advise effective maintenance and strong/weak point improvement, according to this management orientation. Also to advise on cutting out useless expenses.

  • The strong point/weak points of green space management can be clarified.
  • The orientation of green space asset utilization can be arranged.
  • The wasteful maintenance cost can be reduced.


The 2nd step: A green space management system and a utilizaion program development
  - To quantify a management target index to build the policy arranged at the 1st step into an environmental management system or a CSR management system.
  - To select and utilize the following techniques to support index establishment and monitoring system development, depending on the condition and scale of a green space.

  - Furthermore, based on the result of monitoring, detailed reexamination of the maintenance practice and cost is performed.
  - The Eco-Asset also introduces the most appropriate partner based on its human network. It's usually necessary to cooperate with NPOs, local governments, and learned professionals when operating practical use program.
